At The Body Lab Studio, every appointment, workshop, and program is reserved with care. Our treatments and trainings are highly specialized, our schedule is limited, and your time is important. To protect both our clients and our team, we have clear booking policies in place.

Securing Your Spot

All bookings require full prepayment at the time of scheduling.
Flexible payment plans are available through Afterpay, Affirm, and Cherry.
Without payment, your appointment or seat is not confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. To keep things fair for all clients:

24+ Hours’ Notice: Payment may be transferred once to a new appointment within 30 days.
Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: The session is forfeited.
No-Show: The session is forfeited.
Late Arrivals: More than 10 minutes late may shorten your session; more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show.
Payments may be transferred once. Additional changes require a new booking and payment.

Refunds

All sales are final.
No refunds on services, workshops, masterclasses, or digital products.
Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire within 6–12 months depending on size.
Missed sessions, late arrivals, or late cancellations result in a session being deducted.

Masterclasses & Workshops

Seats are limited and in high demand. All payments are final sale.
With 72 hours’ notice, your seat may be transferred once to a future date. Missed workshops or late cancellations are forfeited.
Deposits are non- refundable.

Digital Products

Purchases of eBooks, guides, masterclass recordings, templates, and PLR kits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once purchased, access cannot be revoked or exchanged.

Medical Considerations

Your safety is our priority:

Treatments cannot be performed if you are on your period.
Please notify us of any medical conditions such as heart disease, thyroid disorder, diabetes, cancer, or skin conditions.
Minors are not eligible for body sculpting services.
Results vary per individual. While our techniques are advanced, no guarantees can be made.

Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving any concerns directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first results in suspension of booking privileges until balances and fees are resolved.
