Refund Policy.

Classes

Full payment is required before your class begins, and this amount is non-refundable. Your spot in the class is confirmed once we receive a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied towards the total cost. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you miss your class, arrive more than 10 minutes late, or cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of the start time, you forfeit your deposit. A rescheduling fee of $150 will be charged to set a new class date. We offer a 10-minute grace period for arrivals; arriving later will lead to class cancellation.

Treatment Services

For package purchases, missing your appointment, arriving more than 10 minutes late, or canceling/rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of one session from your package. In cases of late arrival beyond the 10-minute grace period, the appointment is canceled and a session deducted accordingly.

Machines

We provide a 14-day return window from the day you receive your item. Returns are valid if the item is in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@thebodylabstudio.com. We’ll guide you on the return process and provide a shipping label. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
